    Default PA Mixer suggestions

Looking for recommendations for a compact PA Mixer.

All I am looking to connect is a laptop - would prefer usb input to mixer, an iPod and a microphone so ideally something as compact as possible. Gain control and low/mid/high adjustment is needed and effects would be a bonus.

The reason for asking is all the previous small mixers I have owned have not had all the requirements and seem to have produced a naff output. I am currently using a Mackie mixer (can't remember the model) which is great, especially as it also has xlr outputs, the only drawback is that it is a bit bulkier than what I would like.

Note : this is not for DJ use

    Any recommendations welcome

Take a look at the link above - This one doesn't quite meet your spec in that it is 2 band eq but it is very compact

The one above does meet your spec albeit a bit bigger and I can wholeheartedly recommend this one because I use the same board except mine has sliders. The quality and warmth of sound is prefect for vocals / guitar and backing track
