Default need to find an RCF 310 replacement top hat??

    RCF TOP HAT INPUTS?

I need an input for an RCF art 310 as my samson top hat insert is stuck in it. They have made the new design so that they are only connected to the pole with a couple of nodules in the metal, thus allowing it to come off when pulled. The insert is also clearly too fat for the 35mm top hat. Going to phone rimmer music later to talk about it. I have screwed the other one into the metal, it seems quite solid now. Just need to sand it down for the right diameter.

I may be able to cut it out, or glue the pole in and pull it out, but may be easier to change the whole thing. I got one out as there was enough of it protruding to use large pliers to get a grip. its the metal thing screwed to the bottom of the speaker. I want the original part or at least a good quality part that fits properly.

    Thanks

My first thought. Adam Hall and Blue Aran are always the first places I look.

    Thanks Tony,

I have a guy from the HDA that took his RCF ones out (i would assume for a screw fit pole) and is giving me his.
Ben from Blue Aran said the Alan hall ones stick out a bit more, so you would need a pair, but they do fit as you say.
