Selective amnesia, I think it's called, Theo. Just like Summer was always sunnier, through these rose tinted spectacles. You're not wrong though.

And it's the one I find easiest to forget. As Theo says, every decade has good and bad, but my biggest gripe after the plethora of music filled with profanities, is the fact that we no longer get a raft of chart music with a solid 130bpm. Say what you like about Cascada and the like, it got bums off seats.

Very true.
I think anything in the last few years is easily forgotten.
Anything after the early 00's is where 'the hits' seem to die off but the below examples always work a treat.

Usher - Yeah
