Nice to see a DJ shop in Cumbria.
You seem to have a good range of gear.

My only criticism is the lack of prices and a proper ecommerce website.

If I buy, I like to look around, see what there is then find best price.
I don't want to have to ring up every website owner to get prices.

    .
I'm confused. Every item I've seen on the site has a price clearly marked underneath it.

    You've lost me there

Everything I can see has a price and an add to cart button which takes you through to a checkout
What are you seeing from your end?

I guess I'll never know whether there are prices or not....after 10 seconds of it not loading... [X]

That's typical of the younger generation, no patience. Pull the string a bit tighter then on the tin cans.

Seriously, Andy and his webmaster would be keen to know if anyone's having problems of this nature, so it can be rectified. Thank you.

OK, I gave it another go. This time it loaded in just under 9 seconds. That's 8 seconds of a blank page, then it appeared.

It's not just me, it does spectacularly badly on any tests I ran on it: -

It's obviously using Wordpress and WooCommerce, and needs some serious optimisation!

As you well know, that's all voodoo to me. However, the technocrat responsible will soon have seen this, and will doubtless start whatever ritual is required to alleviate the problem.

BTW, less than three seconds for me, and you know how slow my internet is.

I was thinking "it can't be as bad as Marc has said!" so I've checked the link and it really does take a long time to load in comparison to other sites. I was looking at speakers and it takes ages to get through a relatively low number of products due to the excessive page load times. Maybe get round this temporarily by having an option to show all the results on one page?
