    One of my beloved DXR15s developed a bit of a rattle a couple of weeks ago when it was last out on the road.
    I've finally had the time to bring it home and have a little peek inside.....the photo below should explain the rattle

    Hey ho - I'll use a screw extractor tomorrow to remove the sheared ends of the screws, re-seat on some hot glue and replace the screws a little less tight than they do in the factory (on BOTH DXRs!) and should be better than new
