Overall bookings should make 100%.
Your conversion rate of 15% is irrelevant at this point.
It's important, because you'll get a much clearer understanding once you've got the percentage of overall bookings correct.
The % in brackets add up to the 15% conversion. They're not the % of individual wins vs losses for Search Engine etc.

15% conversion rate seems very low. Mine is roughly about 75%

What, 75% of all website visitors & enquirers total? Get thineself on the mobile DJ conference circuit immediately! Or write a book! If you're saying 75% of people who land on your website or social media then go on to book you - that is one seriously impressive number. 75% conversion of enquiries into bookings is what I'd assume you mean. Correct me if I'm wrong because that'd be some pretty darn impressive steering.
For dates I'm available & gigs I actually want I'm at about 75% conversion but that's only talking about people I've turned into leads. What my bare conversion rate is, I wouldn't like to speculate but it'll be under 2%. Am I bovvered? Not much - I don't particularly want to appeal to everyone who lands on my site or FB page. I especially don't want to have to waste my time answering the phone to people who want to book me for their kids' party or their christening. Or, even their 'all day wedding' in a social club where the room hire is free.

I do if they're prepared to pay my price. Whilst I prefer all-day weddings in big tents in the middle of nowhere, money's money and I've got bills to pay at the end of the day

Now if I counted total enquiries i.e. every lead I get.. my conversion rate might be more like 10% or less. I don't currently track leads that are dead when they come in. Maybe I should. It isn't like I'm not aware I get them though.

Depends how you acquire leads really. If you're operating a carpet bombing approach then 15% will still provide you with plenty of volume.

With 2019 now in the rear view, I figured that I would put the final results of the year on here. There have been a couple of enquiries from a few months ago that have only just been converted and I suspect that one or two more will follow suit, but for the purposes of this post I'll assume that those maybes are lost (won't make that much difference to the overall data anyway, to be fair!). No percentages this time - actual numbers.
And for some reason (that I had only recently realised), I never logged phone call enquiries. Probably didn't have that many overall anyway, but maybe worth a mention.
