OOH arr me dear. Owe did ye know?

    Or are ye joking?

    Pull the udder one.

Occasionally I do play that Norfolk classic. "Hev Yew Got a Loight Boy," by the singing postman. The cows like that. At the moment they are listening to Prince's, Little Red Corvette. It is B.P.M. in time with the milking machines.

    Clover especially likes Motown.

We can't play "Little White Bull" by Tommy Steele as it over excites the darlings.

    Bye,

    Zog.

Oh yes, and why not. I dropped in a couple of old classics for the elderly at a party once, it got feet tapping. Why stick to modern mainstream when you can be different. I play some old classics during the buffet so the guests can enjoy the frivolity of the music and can foot tap as well with a plate of sandwiches in their hands. There is nothing like artistic originality to get noticed. I must try that flying doctor song by Charlie Drake at the next gig for a mixed audience. "My boomerang won't come back."

Then there is the good old singalong music to speed up eating the buffet: Munch, munch, munch, munch....................

That sounds technical. Have I broken the rules?

No rules broken, it's just easy to insert a YouTube video using the video icon when posting: -

After using that, just paste the address of the YouTube video in

Can I tell him about Rule 23? Please? Pretty please?

If there are any transgressions, we will let you know, tactfully and discreetly. Don't sweat it.

Just as long as you don't mention the P word ( six letters, ends in b). I did it once, but I think I got away with it.

Mod Note: Time for your tablets Peter. There's a good lad
For newer readers, Peter has been known to have these whimsical episodes on occasion. In a short while, he will resume his curmudgeonly demeanour, as befits a miserable Old Git.
Excalibur. Older than the average DJ.

Why would we be talking about Prefab's on here?

And I thought that the only thing I had to worry about was setting the turntable to 33 or 45 I have one 12 inch that runs at 33 r.p.m. on one side and 45 r.p.m. on the other.
