    Default A Must Have.

I guarantee that we will be asked to play "Seventeen Going Under" by Sam Fender from his album of the same name.

Since it was released 2 years ago... especially in the north east. If you want other Sam fender songs on hand in case you are asked:
    Getting Started
    Hypersonic Missiles
    Will We Talk.

Yes it was highlighted to me by recent festival exposure firstly at Reading.
We may be slow to catch on down south. Getting Started is the second track on the C.D. Seventeen Going Under album.

    Cheers,

Have I missed something? Why would this suddenly be popular?

    Hello,

    1. It has ben aired recently in the summer at more than one major music festival.

    2. It is good music with pertinent lyrics.

    3. It has geographical/regional attraction.

    4. It is appreciated by young people with the natural issues associated with growing up.

    5. Etc.

It's ALWAYS been popular since it's release. I'm surprised it's just coming on a mobile DJs radar now?

And from Cambridgeshire, it's appeared for the first time ever on one of this weekend's playlists as a "play if possible".
Don't think I've missed too much

I don't get much call for Sam Fender here & he's often cleared the floor Gerry Cinnamon is similarly marmitey in my neck of the woods.
