Its called the Electric Slide, and is popular at African, Caribbean weddings, and is more familiar in the US. As mentioned in the Soca thread, I had 40+ doing this on Saturday, and it looks impressive, to what is essentially, a fairly standard 80's funk song!

Audio is typically live event/Youtube standard so keep that in mind.

    Psy - Gangnam Style
    Johnny Preston - Running Bear
    Ottowan - Hands Up
House of Pain - Jump Around
    Beyonce - Single Ladies
    Proclaimers - 500 miles
Dexy's Midnight Runners - Come On Eileen

Not all full on participation songs, but they do have predictable dance routines.

How exactly do you dance to Tell Me Ma

    :
Timewarp written by Richard O'Brian in 1973 for the rock musical The Rocky Horror Show and in the 1975 film adaption.
Damien Released a dance version in 1987 again in 1988 and after a little remix finally a hit in 1989.

Anyone seen the follow up to Rocky Horror?

Tell me ma basically people swing each other round the dancefloor (Country dance stylee)
