    Default 50s/60s Floor Fillers

I've got a gig next week, where a fair bit of the music is 50s/60s. Now being a young lad this was all 30 years before my time, so I'd be greatful of some help here.

If anyone can give me a couple of lists of their top floor fillers for the 50s/60s that would be great. Perhaps two seperate lists would be easier for some, the choice is yours.

    Thanks!

To save me typing it all out, have a looky at my website and in particular the music bit. There are lists on there from the 50s and 60s.

How many songs that get to number one are dancefloor fillers though?

A few to add, that always work for me...

The Crystals - Da Doo Ron Ron
Dusty Springfield - I Only Wanna Be With You
Creedence Clearwater Revival - Bad Moon Rising <-- TUNE!
The Foundations - Build Me Up
Jackie Wilson - Higher & Higher / Reet Petite
Drifters - Saturday Night At The Movies / Under The Boardwalk (for earlier on)
    Del Shannon - Runaway

I would also make sure you play a lot of Motown, even if a lot of it is 70s, it still has the classic 60s sound!
