Hi, I submitted my PLI and PAT docs on 11th October for Music-2-Play, listed in London and The South East. Do you have any idea when this will show on my listings?

The backlog should be cleared within 24 hours. I'll be working my way through them all tommorow. Apologies for the delay.

i expect they will get around to it soon.
it is a manual system so if they are busy... eg. running discos.. it takes a little longer

normally about 14 days.
But like you and me, the admins have jobs and other things to do.. so be patient

2 to 3 weeks ago?, our records show that it was uploaded 6 days ago?

It uploaded fine. We ask that you allow up to 14 days, although this could take a little longer during busy spells.
