I've seen battery powered LED wall washers that operate from an IR remote control so there won't be a need in using DMX. I supose this will be the next biggest revolution in LED lighting.

Think about it. Just carry in your gear, put it in place, switch on & bingo!

Not only would it look much neater, but it would reduce your set up & pack down times.
Thought I remembered reading about this a few years ago so I googled it - and it does exist......

From the WiTricity Corp. website:

'•Direct wireless powering of stationary devices (flat screen TV’s, digital picture frames, home theater accessories, wireless loud speakers, etc.) … eliminating expensive custom wiring, unsightly cables and “wall-wart” power supplies.'

That would be cool, Angela.

I'd go an hour into the future, then come back & do my weekly shopping in Sainsburys.

While I was there, I'd do the lottery.

I think LED Lights such as the Acme Impossibled / Martix, they should have a removable battery, that will come out, and a 10 dock charger, so that you just take them out at the end of 'useage' (to save any sarcastic disputes ), and re insert it next time you use the particular unit.
