Default Icon in Internet Explorer Bar

Does anyone know about these small logos that appear in the top left of an IE browser box? For example, on this website, there's a map. If you go to www.musicradiocreative.com, you'll see a fancy M in the browser box, does anyone how you can create these small logos? Can you create a couple for us or are they free and easy to make?
    Thanks in advance,
    Neil.........

Once your internet cookies etc update, it will then show.

A new visitor for the first time now will see it.
