I believe the numark 200fx is used by some for karaoke it was recomended to me when I had the insane idea I wanted to add it to the show. Daz (Solitaire) also has one.

Hellen & Health :D :D :DTony! Pack it in! Paul's asking for serious help here.
Paul - are you really just asking what other people use, or are you asking for recommendations for what YOU should get? The two aren't necessarily the same thing.
If you want some recommendations for yourself, give everyone on the forum an idea of what you will be using it for and the budget you have in mind. :)
I use the behringer VMX1000. Briliant mixer. 2 xlr mix inputs and 5 channels of inputs via phono inputs.

I have one built into a dedicated karaoke console that I could DJ with too (If that makes sense)
For stand alone DJing I use a Denon DN-X500 and also have a Behringer PMH3000 which is useful for hire and quizzes etc
For karaoke and disco though, the Numark would be good. Fairly cheap and ticks all the right boxes in terms of ease of use and inputs etc The effects are assignable too.
There's something else you may want to consider and that is the Studiomaster Fusion (http://www.images2.co.uk/cgi-bin/FUSION_DJ_CLUB_INSTALL_EFFECTS_DSP_MIXER_WITH_voca l_delay_and_echo_SC785401.html) I've not use one but it's had good reviews elsewhere, though some may say it's a bit over the top and the Numark is easier to use.

This will may meet with howls of derision from some, but you asked what we use. I don't do Karaoke, but if I did, this would be very suitable in my opinion. If you can find the new model it would be even better. It has 3 Mic channels, Gain and EQ on every single channel, echo, and more than I ever use. It has gone up in price recently, for some reason.

Not the most desirable badge, but it does everything I want. As I say, the new model, which is very hard to find, has rotary gain for the mic channels, which is a lot tidier.

I use the KAM KAP1500 and its surprising how many other people I've come across that use it too. Had mine over a year and has performed faultlessly

Im currently using the Pioneer DJM800 for djing there are that many features on it you can use it for anything, whether it be digital or analog and to be honest its by far the best mixer i have ever purchased and used, all depends on your budget really, be sure to look at stats for any mixer you decide to buy too. :)
