Took a call yesterday from a local pub manager first question 'how much'?...I told him and straight away he tried to knock me down by a third...so I politely declined anyway I popped into his pub last night ordered a pint to which he served and said' £2.60p please.. I replied' will you accept £1.70...his face was a picture!! :cool:

this topic has reminded me of something that happend today... i called up a youth club and asked if they wanted a disco and they said how much i said £40 ,£10 discount! and they said they wanted half price i said no because he was just trying to get cheep and he thought it would work as im a kid. hehe!
