Was wondering what info i need to put on booking sheets for clients for gigs.

To be honest, it's entirely up to you, depending on what information you think you'll need.

When I went full time 3 years ago, my forms asked for the client's name, address & phone number, the venue's name, address & phone number, the date, times & type of function, cost details (total, deposit & balance), and a box for additional information / instructions.

I recently amended my booking forms which now also ask for the client's email address and the approximate number of guests expected at their function.
