Referral Rewards

Do any of you offer a reward incentive for referrals, as it is something I am thinking about introducing?

If you do, would you mind sharing what you do?

I have one in place with two trusted venues.

They recommend me to punters and ask them to say 'Fred sent me' (or whoever :p ). If they book, I give the venue a "credit" which they can use off future events that they book with me directly, eg. Xmas parties.

It's all very informal, and like I say, with trusted venues only. Without the 2-way trust it wouldn't work. In reality I don't lose out as I 'load' the quotes when I hear the word 'Fred'.

Applied to about 4 or 5 bookings last year so it's not a big thing.
