Just had a Contract to sign from an agent---
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In the event of cancellation by the management 90 days prior to the scheduled event date 100% of the contract fee is payable
No No No!!!!:eek:
In the event of cancellation by the management 90 days or less prior to the scheduled event date 100% of the contract fee is payable
Thats more like it--thanks to Angela ( Corabar ) who picked this up on someones Contract recently :D :D :D
