I don't know about a laptop shelf, but you can fit a standard 19" flight case on them with about an inch to spare either side.

Beware there are 2 versions. One comes with tha standard round ultimax uprights & is height adjustable, the other has square uprights & isn't.

Do you already have an Ultimax stand? If so, Just ring Andy Tain, and ask him to sell you a pair of 600mm sides. Cost about £25.

Just a small one. It's not something you usually do so I changed it without trying to draw much attention to it.

I've been looking about for the one with adjustable height uprights, the only version I can see is the square (fixed) uprights version?

Email should be on the Ultimax web site

I think from reading the ultimax blurb that I can fix the laptop shelf to the one with the height adjustable bars. bit worried about how the starcloth will sit on it, may have to wrap it round a couple of times
