it only seems to convert 1minute of video

That's the trial version then. You have to pay for full access - from memory it's not very much. Think it was about £12 for audio. It then converts 4 streams at once and copies all the tag info across. Very nice.

And I didn't think Windows Media Player does coverts.......

Windows Media Player does have Rip function

But search web for Alto MP3 CD Ripper.
