Time has come for me to sell the large rack box and downsize for my needs.

Im looking for a laptop table/bracket. The only one i can find is this one Link (http://www.djkit.co.uk/product.php?id=3112&cat=385)

It must be able to clamp onto a rack box.

Does anybody know any other places who either this one but cheaper or somthing along the same lines as this???

I think this is in the right area.

So you decided trying to fit that big rack into the back of your corsa isn't working for you then.

Seems an expensive way of mounting a laptop... i just use the lid of my main case, upturned and sat on the deckstand with the laptop ontop!

 its all due to the insurance on a van. i just cant afford it. simple as that. so instead im going for an estate. but for some reason a 2003 2.0l mondeo estate (new shape) is cheaper than what im paying now. weird.

I see what you mean. I was just thinking of having the laptop screen much high as i have to bend over and my back is taking its toll on it. Well i say bend over....more like leaning.

Well i am a partner in another Dj hire comapny with a friend, it is a 60/40 business and we have a renault traffic, it is put in my partners name so the insureance is cheap to put me on as a named driver.

For my own functions as the van is sign written to an extent i just use a Ifor williams box trailer which is more than adequate for my needs.

In regards to the laptop bracket i modified a Tv bracket at my work for a DJ friend, nice and easy bit of spot and mig welding here and there and there you have it.

Ahh.. i see what you mean, that would annoy me too.. i only use the laptop as backup, my main player has a rackmount case, then 1U drawer above it and then monitor behind the mixer.

Hmm.. well i found the laptop stand cheaper for you - http://www.studiospares.com/Product.aspx?code=401420
