New Light

Hello, Just purchased a new light to add some more flavour to the floor.

Just wondering if anyone has used or seen this light in action, any comments they could provide on it would be appreciated.

Having said that, I don't think they are the same light in the video?

well I have already see the vid.(i wasnt the impulsive, as it was 70 quid)

But its low quality, and i just wanted an Opinion of someone who has worked with it, ya know.

Your correct its a different light from the 'vango' range. I have the Arc and it provides a good effect, Some of the GOBO's are quite good and the sound activiation is in time most of the time.

p.s The picture of the GOBO isnt on the GOBO wheel.

I believe spin on here either uses these or used to use them , maybe worth looking him up and asking how to get the best from them?

What sort of size is the actual projection on the floor, if that makes any sense to you?

I dont know if you know that the arc has a line of the same GOBO (like a barrel light) which rotates in full. each GOBO image is about 30inch's by 30inch's and theres about 6 in a line so....180inch's in lenth

I have 2 of the arc and 4 of the xtc,s . The arcs a very nice laid back light. The projection of this light is as G&J said about 2 metres in length if projected directly in front of the decks. But as it is very bright it can look very good if you turn the sound activation off and use it as a gobos projector on a far wall. It will cover 10 metres or so easily. I use them for slow dances and as a nice effect for mood lighting.
Buy 2 vango diamonds as well you won't regret it. They work very well as a set.

Surely that will depend on how far away it is from what it's projecting onto

there the measurements for when its on in my room and my room it about 10x14 ft
