So my anti-virus is up for renewal but given that I'll be using this computer for another eight weeks, and then not again for another 18 months (if ever) I need to find a decent Anti-Virus software with a reasonable free trial period...

Anyone?

Yeah, Get AVG. Although i did buy the disc for guarantee and full protection

Except that I have the fully supported (and paid for) version of AVG so I don't see me switching back to an unpaid subscription without rooting about in the registry to remove all vestiges of the current install... Plan B?
