hi everyone at m.d.d.
i feel it's only fair to all of you ( admin & other members ) to let you know the reason that i take a long time replying to your emails / p.m's. well due to my current occupation, i'm on night shift full time. plus i work a unorthadox working week, ( wed to sun ). so when you're enjoying yourselves on sat /sun, i'm out there making sure your local supermarket is not running out of your favourite goodies. i'm a l.g.v. driver for sainsbury's ( in case you hadn't guessed ) anyway sincere apologies to anyone who's experienced my delays or neglect. kindest regards always.

hi everyone
listening to the radio nowdays is getting very boring i think.with the new concept of radio presenters, as opposed to the good old dj's. most of the available stations appear to be going very square, a lot like the old b.b.c. light programme, of time gone by. there's simply no spark anymore, i think we need to bring back the good old jock's back, the dj's of yesteryear like emperor rosko, fluff freeman ( younger version ) dear old jimmy saville, robbie vincent & dear kenny everett ( god rest his soul ), what do you think ? love to hear your views. kindest regards

This must be the first thread ever where the person who started it was the first to reply, and also took it competely off topic in the process!

hi members
these two threads weren't meant to be relevant to each other. it looks like i've created yet another computer blunder. could you tell me what i've done wrong, as i thought they both belonged in same section, the lounge ( where i thought you were able to discuss almost anything & everything ). sorry for the confusion. maybe i'm not right for this directory & should consider removing myself from it. your views please. regards

Hi Dave,
Your first post was about delayed replies, but you then did a post in the same thread about a completely different subject (Radio DJs), rather than starting a new thread.
I certainly wouldn't consider removing yourself from this directory/forum just because you made a mistake with a post.
If everyone did that, there would would be nobody left here!

Don't panic Mr Mainwaring!:D Same section, yes. Same thread, no. By no means a firing squad offence, we've all done similar things, I know. :o :D
There is a wide range of people on here, so I'm sure we all have our good and bad points, that's what adds to the mix. ;) :D
And Rob: Please stop making sense, it's very unnerving! :p :D

noooo Dave it's a pleasure to have such a polite member on the forum stick around and join in ... most of the stuff on here is said tongue in cheek ..... just take it as such ....
well unless it's to Rob Ron Roy and then we are all deadly serious :D :D :D :D :D :D :D ;) ;) ;) :beer1: :beer1: :beer1:
I'm usually posting stuff thats not relavent and just the other day posted a comment in totally the wrong place. takes a while to get used to the forum but well worth it when you do.

Dave,
I don't think it irritated members that you did the radio DJ post in the same thread as the delayed replies one...
...it just confused them.
