Just been checking my webstats and have a question.
What's the difference / meaning of Hits, Files, Pages, Visits & Sites?

I'm guessing that visits is the actual number of 'visits' but how are the others generated?

I'm glad you've asked that JayDeeDrinker, as I've always wondered what "Hits" "Pages" and also "Bandwidth" meant on my own webstats, but I've never got round to asking anyone before.

You are most likely using either Webalizer or AWStats, either way the definitions are the same: -
