Vista Print Scam

I had a look as i thought i have seen it on this website but i cant find it so ill post it.

IM not sure if its a scam but its not right.

I was checking my online banking (seeing how much money i dont have, :P) and i saw this vprewards for £9.99


When you buy anything from vista print apprantly in there t&c they have this thing about vpreards. I found that from another forum.

Vista Print basically took £9.99 from my account without telling me they were going to do this. Not on at all.

I emailed them saying whats is this vp rewards and said im not impressed that are taking money from my account without me knowing. I got an email back from they saying that they have taken me off there "database". Nothing about me being refunded. :mad: :bang:

Not to sure what to do now :confused: :(


I dont think i will be buying from them from now on.

If i was you, anybody who has bought from vista print to check your statements.

It's not a scam, it's just presented in such a way as to catch people out and hope they don't notice £10 a month coming out of their account.

I did have a read but must of missed it.

As as for the £10 this is the only time i have revieved it. so as im not a member they should be taking any money from my account anymore.

Dare I admit it......i was paying it from my credit card for 6 months before i realised....i was furious. I will never use vistaprint again. No wonder they can afford to give away so many freebies. I'd rather pay a bit extra and support a local reputable company!

I did read carefully though each page and i think i did untick the box that said "become a member and experience bargain prices on our products with upto 90% off" (or something simular to this) but i didn't say anything about charging you for this.

Is this the tick box your talking about??? before i signed up i searched vista print on this forum and read the articles about it:rolleyes:.

I've been using them for a few years now, and only take up their free offers when you only pay postage.
About every 6 weeks I'll get 100 full colour (both sides) postcards, 500 full colour (both sides) business cards, 25 business card fridge magnets, a pad, and a post-it note pad. All with my logo's on and it costs me £33ish a time with delivery in about 7 days (although I chose the slowest of 21 days). My last order came to £38ish I think as I added a t-shirt with logo on front & back too.

I've never had anything taken from account either luckily, so I'm more than happy with them.

i also got hit with this a few months back, i demanded a refund and thankfully got it, so just go back and request your refund, warn them you will go to cab if they fail to refund you within 7 days

We got caught out by this as well.
When I say we... I mean I ordered them but it all went onto dads card.. haha.
