Dmx Control of kam 800s

Right i have bought 4 Kam led 800s lights and have a dmx contoller to control my problem seems to to be im un able to make them bounce up and down like an equlizer similar to the videos seen on utube can get them workin fine full red blue ect and even the presets can anyone help with this matter as i hate it when someone else has managed to do it is it beacuse they have used pc driven dmx controling them..If so thats my next purchase lol

and no its not one of the built in presets on channel 6

Its the group modes i dont understand starting on page 6

No dmx takers(Troubleshooters lol) ahhhhhhh played with it for hrs now with still no bouncing bars...

Right heres one for you....

was waiting for the last of my kam 800s to be delivered today thay arrived as promised...

so i says to may self will set all four up and dmx them.....

yes thats simple i thought..

i open the box to find that they have changed the style of them they are now called led800s mk2

they now have up to 48 channels dmx is way better can bounce them like the way i wanted(well 2 of them)

New manual etc etc power led to jump power from 1 to the other and the led screen is bigger and better and the button is bigger and better..

so all in all way better than my first pair.

so do i go back and ask for them all to be the same as the second set which are way better(i assume the first set was stock and kam have modifided them)

And have i the right to do this as i bought all 4 at the same time from .........(would disclose if required)

Ps if your buying these trust me geat the mk2 they are way better..
