Hi All,
I'm in the middle of upgrading a rig and i'm looking for 2 moving head. I've never had these before but look really proffesional. Can anyone recommend any at a good price, looking around £250 per light if possible. Any links would be appriciated. Thanks

If you only ahve a budget of £250 per light have a look at these:

If you can up the budget then there are other better units around. Also you can get the Martin Macs for about 600 each second hand these days :)

The Stairville are the same as Isolution, which quite a few of us use on here. They are a sunning effect for the money and really do have the wow factor.

So you wouldn't also need a sunbed then?

Is that your record for taking a thread off topic Mr James?

I have a wireless keyboard that doesn't always seem to work.

i would say go with sam and darren on the moving heads. you can get a package deal on them. save a couple of quid in the pocket.

have a look here - first place that came to mind - http://www.ebdj.co.uk/shop/product_list.php?cat_id=286

If you are buying from EBDJ make sure you give the owner (Ian i think?) a email.. he may well knock even more off the price for you.. he did with me for other units.

Don't get me wrong though.. I don't own these.. and wouldn't get them now.. because of having more advanced ones so they just wouldn't go together.. but from what i've heard and seen they are good.. especially for a disco enviroment. Never been keen on their design though!
