to late to help you but i phoned giraffe recently because i have managed to misplace all of the fixings for my stand and overhead bar and the customer service was fantastic so i would highly reccomend them to anybody who wants a stand.

i had that once with them- rang them and they were very helpfull.

Got the impression it was one bloke in a big shed, which kind of made me like them more.
