Guys,

Prone as we are to marketing calls, today was the turn of The Daily Mirror!

They were trying to sell advertising space in a feature to go in the Sunday mirror in a couple of weeks time, after my success or should we say lack of with my Brides magazine "feature" I put on my best Simon Cowell voice and said "I'm sorry it's a no!"

Prices quoted were £200 for a regional ie north or south of Derbyshire

or £300 for National coverage the space size was 3cm x 6.5cm all included VAT

no , but it's a way of offsetting the gym cost....

monthly membership £31.50

cost of independent 80p

actual cost of gym membership = £6.70 that's if I go every day!!!

At the moment im going approx 3 times a week so need to work harder to "offset" it more!
