Hi all,

In a couple of weeks im going to order the Behringer EP2500 from UKDJ

I also want a seperate rack case for it but I don't know what one to get because of size etc all I know it to look for 19" rack mount. Anyhelp welcome. (doesn't have to be UKDJ)

Two unit case should fit this , might be better going for a 4 unit , just in case you want to expand.

U = Unit. Somebody will come on and give the exact dimension. An amp is usually 2U , therefore a 2U case is needed. If you get a 4U you can fit a pair of amps in.

Thanks for clearing that up, i knew it ment something to do with size but wasnt sure of how its worked out sort of thing.

Ill buy a 4u to put my spare amp in as well.

So I could put my dual CD in the other case i was on about and put my mixer and amp in there.

everything would go in the box i gave you a link for.

the cd unit is 2U and the amp is 2U so that will fit in the bottom half. then on top you would have you controller and mixer and anything else you name need there. in my eyes much easier.

only my personal opinion but I always rack amps seperately purely due to the weight - as mentioned earlier.

I seems a good idea but once you have carried it up a couple of flights of stays you will regret it. - again only my personal opinion

I agree. I know how heavy my cases are and I don't even have amps in them.

I've seperated all our amps out of all our rigs now. DJs are all happy, some hav 2 2U & others have 1 4U. Also a lot easier to manage size wise.
