airbrush photo software

I'm after some software to airbrush a hanging ceiling light out of a photo which I want to use on my website.

I'm not interested in paying for it, so can anyone recommend something that will do the job & is free?

Yeh try the free to try version of Paint Shop Pro that Steve mentions, that has a good airbrush feature.
