Hey guys,

Need some help and advice here,
Looking at setting up a home studio in my room and having some dual cd players, 19 inch mixer and also my studio mixer,

The problem is my desk currently is 43 Inch Long by 19" Wide,
Great, I have a 19 inch monitor sat in the middle of the desk but i am wanting to raise this up to give me more space, What do you think of a shelf on the wall and mounting it on there and is there also any home desktop racks you can get just make it a little neater.... just some help and advice would be nice here as i have all these ideas going through my brain at the moment.

Cheers
Steve

Get the monitor screwed to the wall using a VESA mounting bracket.
As for racks, there are those open frame types which may be OK, otherwise you're looking at flight cases or data cabinets.

Soundproof the room also mate, it'll be worthwhile.
You can get an adhesive film, can't just remember the name atm. It's equivalent to a 12" thick wall according to the manufacturers.

Don't really want to go to the extreme of sound proofing my room at the moment... Its just going to be a very tidy studio/dj set up
