Unfortunately not everybody knows how to do a website, some think you can simply get free hosting and then design a few pages and people are going to flock in.
It takes allot of time to get the site known with various methods, you can pay plenty for this professionally but with the know how can be done by yourself very effectively, trouble is as with the website from that seller they obviously haven't even tried to promote it.
Maybe they had enough work locally without the need for the website?

You see allot of people in most areas of trade thinking its greener on the other side and thats the same with discos, buy some cheep gear and think an easy way of making spare cash.
As we all know its not just a case of playing a few tracks then clocking off but is seriously hard work very rewarding but graft, so once the novelty has worn of then head for ebay to sell up.
