Just a basic question for Numark D2 owners.
We all probably have different ways of organising the folders but how do you do yours for easy access?
Bellow are a couple of pick on how I do mine.

Pick of main categories

Pick of the "Artist with own files" folder this is for artist that have quite a few chart entries etc. I also have a separate similar folder for Rock, Rock n Roll etc. I just find it easy to find particular artist and tracks without the need to search.

In terms of MP3s, I have folders which (vaguely) cover :

Pre-90s disco and funk,
Pop (basically Now... 20-69),
Rock, indie and rock & roll from all decades,
House and club,
Techno, big beat and hip-hop (the hip-hop sub-folder will have to be seperated out at some point I think),
Hardcore & Rave,
Easy Listening & Other,
Acappellas & DJ Tools

Hya BeerFunk yeh I am thinking on similar ideas as yours when it comes to specific genre, these will probably be within sub-folders within the respective decades though.
As you probably know when your on a gig there is probably always something that you wish you had done differently but never get around to doing , but slowly as I find slightly better ways when on a gig I am making alterations.
Luckily we have the search feature which is a god send at time, nothing worse than getting a mental block and thinking were the hell did I put that track. :D
