Abstract lighting - setting up help...

As previously mentioned, i currently use 2 Gladiator Revolutions 250w, and a Twister 4 250w, linked up, to make up the main part of my lighting rig.....

'Gladiator'(master)----------'Twister 4'----------'Gladiator'(slave)

My question is, what is the best way to set them up, regarding dip switch settings etc...
Im not 100% on this procedure myself so at the moment, the 'master' Gladiator - with hand controller, is linked to the 'slave' gladiator both with address '1'. The 'slave' Gladiator is then linked to the Twister 4 with its address setting of '2'
Is this right, as they seem to go out of sync at times?
Also, i'd like the 'slave' Gladiator's barrel to tilt (not rotate) the opposite direction to the master.

Any ideas guys?:confused:
