Difficult enquiry!

Afternoon all,

Had an enquiry today via my website contact page, this sends an auto response when someone submits one.

However there was a "non delivery, returned to sender" message in the inbox for the responder. I sent the quote out and shock this too was returned :eek:

so plan B, give them a call, they've never heard of the person named on the enquiry and to be honest it sounded like a restaurant of some kind :confused:

Now i've just googled the phone number and it comes up as the Isle of Man:eek:

Strange one !!


To update you did a bit of detective work, checking the venue etc and dialing code and gambled on the fact that the code should have been 01623 Mansfield and not 01624 The Isle Of Man

So called the number and MAGIC spoke to the client!

Think I was out of her budget but you never know

I've had a few like this.. and generally don't try too hard, on the basis that if they can't even fill in their own details properly how hard is it going to be to get booking forms/payment returned correctly/on time etc?
