I just had a phone call asking if I hire speakers as he wanted to do some music at his mum's wedding using a PS3.

I passed a colleagues number on, needless to say.

Many people (including you perhaps) would be surprised that a large proportion of the general public do not realise that you have to have an amplifier to go with speakers.

He's using the bluetooth and infra red signals from the wii remotes and mapping it to midi software such as Ableton Live, Serato, Traktor Scratch etc....
So samples, crossfaders, hot cues are all triggered by the movements he is making.

For a wedding? Ask him if he also want's a 3.5mm Stereo to Phono cable for his iPod while you're at it..... :p
