I think it's terrible, but then I've never liked any of the newer GTA games. Does anyone play on XBox Live by any chance?

I have seen a lot of reviews and seen some of the game play and I know I won't be buying this game. Once you have played one, you have played them all imo.

I'm still on San Andreas... well.. i started again anyway... hopefully they will bring out IV on pc too... in about 6 months lol

My brother has an Xbox 360 so i decided to go one better than him and buy a Playstation 3, All i need now is the HD tv to mount on my wall and then it will be the ultimate watching the Blue ray dvd's!

And you need to sit at least 10 feet away to enjoy the screen. :rolleyes: :D

Yip y?Do you play Sensible Soccer on arcade? I can never find anyone to play agains't, and when I do, they're never good enough to beat me! (having had the original on the Amiga, I'm 'above average')

My brother who is in the next door bedroom has an Xbox 360 so it makes sense to get a PS3 and have the best of both consoles.

How many missions offline do you have to do to be able to go online and go enywhere?

Not quite too sure to be honest,

I think that it is all unlocked, haven't really gone that far a field on the multiplayer as i like to stay where the action is.

The Xbox may have a better picture/video quality but Microsoft have now stopped making the HD DVD external drive. The PS3 still has a blu-ray player built in as more films have decided to go for blu-ray.


I would still go for xbox 360 as the games are better and I dont fancy paying more for the PS3.

Now, back on topic.

Yeah it is a very good game if you ask me, They have done well on it, I just think that having non-flyable planes is a huge let down :(

I have heard that also. I have also heard that there is a lot more stuff that are well over the 18+ age mark.

I won't say as this is a family forum but how can they get away with this in a game :eek: :confused:

Well its easy aint it they just put an 18+ rating on the game, its upto the adults who buy the games for their kids but so long as the shops are selling it to an over 18 person then they are doing nothing wrong.

People who say games provoke violence is nonsense, i wouldn't go out and try and put my arm through someones car window, and try and steal their car lol.

its a really good game but cant wait the the 360 two epic add-ons, one at the end of the year and one next year. Microsoft are going to make a lot more money now they have a rockstar games deal.

I'm a gamer, and I do believe that it can affect some people, who can't seperate reality from fantasy as well as they should be able to. There have been some horrific cases of lunatics recreating scenes from video games or films.

The things you get away with in this game do not equate to the real world - you so much as point a gun at a police officer in the US and you will be shot down without a second thought.
