I understand that the submission site is down for a while, but is there any other way for me to get the certificate to you?

I was doing them manually, but now that part of the site is playing up, so unfortunately not at the moment. I will try and sort it asap though.

As for the PLI & PAT uploads, it's just a case of waiting at the moment I'm afraid. Hopefully it'll not be too long now.
