Hi Boys and Girls, hope you had a great night out last night, now my question is this new licence, its it going to work, I have been told its down to the venue to police it when the licence becomes avaliable, the thing is here in south wales, nobody has never asked me to see my PAT certificates or my public liabilty, so what are your opions? do you think the venue will police it or not bother?

Why not wait until the thing has actually been finalised before starting another pointless thread on "the Licence"?

I can't see that there is any new ground to be covered on this topic, until we actually know the full details of what it will & won't constitute.

I must admit I'm begining to find the whole subject somewhat tiresome (especially on another forum where the admin team seem dead set against it & do their best to turn any mention of it into an anti licence thread)

As has been already said this thread is getting a little stale now; so like the man said wait and see but the short answer to your question is "that is my experience too; so no."
