not yet finnished and this one is the template only. Got fed up with them being bulky and unkind to my back, so built this one thats less than half teh weight of equivilent size box and is easier to carry as well.
teh space above the cd unit is were tray for corexs keyboard will go.
gonen ahve to swap the headers over as cant see the bottom line of the cortex screen.
Now done 4 gigs with it and althi still in modiyfying stage well happy
oh the cost (with teh lid) so far 7.78 (probally rising to around £12.00 when all hinges and bits brought :):):)

Nice one, what is it made out of? Have you got any pics?

not got any pics - but when i make the next one if required can post pics n measurements. (these i got somewhere in shed)
framework is 1 1/2" x 1/2" batton
the board work is made from Sterling Board.
and had a small rattle can of matt black for spraying.
the lid hinges came from the old box that fell abits on me.
aprt from screws n glue thats about it.

Well done on making your own case but i just don't see the point on posting this without pictures?

but i just don't see the point on posting this without pictures?
The reason no pics this time was because I was just seeing if what I wanted was possible. I didnt actually expect to get it made as well as I did and never dreamt of actually gigging with it.
But now ive used it a few times and have seen/sorted all teh little faults out - the next one will be photographed well. Hope to start in next few weeks or so.
