10 years for me this new year.

In a couple of weeks it will be two and a half years for me.

I decided to give up on the spur of the moment (as I lit the last ciggie in my packet after getting home from a disco early on one Sunday morning), and went from 50 a day to none overnight.

It's something I've been wanting to do for a while now. I did stop for 6 years once before but after a heavy night on booze & curry I fell foul to the dreaded weed once more. Slowly started up and am now back on 20 a day :(

It seems a lot harder 2nd time round...

Any tips (apart from the obvious)
