Can anyone recommend a free PC fax service?

I have a dedicated fax number and machine currently, but it is used infrequently and is a bit of a wasted expense.

As in software for your PC? I think windows comes with its own software, stick an old 56k modem in and your sorted.

I don't think there are any free online systems that email you the fax though, I did have a look recently.

Someone I met at a gig was telling me about a service. Maybe it wasn't free then - just inexpensive?

you can get one that people fax and thn it emails you the fax- but unfortunately i am not sure what its called.
try googlong fax to email.

try faxtastic www.faxtastic.co.uk its free as long a you recieve a fax within the first 7 days and then one every 90 days after that. or you can pay 10 per year with no minimum usage limit
