They get deleted because you insist on using text talk and we have spoken to you time and time again about this.

Unfortunately we have to use zero tolerance with certain people as they just do not listen.

probley because i cannot spell every good, hence i use words (mod) as i cant spell moderate without googling it ok, or do we need an degree in english here ?

There are many online spell checkers, there's no excuse for using text talk. http://www.spellcheck.net/.
