Got myself 4 Panda Color Colourchangers - not sure if they were the 'bargain' i was told they were, but they light up my new 12" Balls very nicely!!
The only problem is that they came with no manual, i cannot find any reference to them on the Web (apart from 2 for sale on fleabay for less than i paid for them :censored: ).
Does anyone know who makes them (or is it Panda) and what the dipstick settings may be for selecting the colours, flashing, sound to light etc etc.
