Has anyone managed to get it working by DMX? I've tried different DMX addresses & tried different dip switch settings, but nothing...

What are you using to control it with???

If you are using a DMX controller I would say use the setting from the DMX controller (look in manual) instead of using the laser settings.

I'm using a "Transcension DMX Operator II" which is the same as the Stairville DMX Master & a few others.

I'd start by setting the DMX address to "1" and trying to control the channels for Fixture 1 on the desk...I'm sure the manufacturers website will have Dip Switch settings list as you may have to have switch "10" on or something to engage DMX mode..

Also if you've not got a channel list you might not be pushing a vital fader up or something silly....
