Hi I am moving in to a commercial premises today, which is a corporate/ private function venue. Well more to the point its a big room and it will be.

I will also be running my printing business from their too. I may be handing all of the Djing admin work to another DJ as i will be too busy.

I currently have all calls for business routed from my landline direct to my mobile, so no matter where i am i do not miss a booking or order.

The only problem is that all of the printed media and Yell have my land line number and mobile for Djing and I want all these calls to go to the other person.

Is there a machine or service which can direct these calls. For example press one for Your DJ, press 2 for printing etc. So it all goes through a central number and gets routed to mobiles and other landlines?

Thanks :)

Yes there is, just speak to BT or whoever your phone supplier is and they will sort it out for you.

Sorry, just read the last bit, not sure about the re routing to another number after that, speak to BT

also - must be mobiles

press one for djing
press two for printing etc.

Can find anything??

Surely if you've got a commercial premesis you can get another phone line installed?

you would need to install a pabx at your new site, you could then set this up with an auto attendant with options to forward calls where you want to.

if you are wanting to forward calls to an external number ( ie mobile) you would need to install a second line anyway. you would also have to pay the call charges on the onward part of the call.

this will work better on an ISDN line rather than an analogue line.

if you need any clarification or more info pm me, i work for a telecoms company in my day job so i should be able to point you in the right direction

Dont forget you will also need the "Im sorry but all our operators are busy, please hold" followed by the distorted and tinny version of Green sleeves :D
