How do people hand there mirror balls in there light bars.

My mirror ball come to day with the Plug in motor " SoundLab " how do i hang it from my bar :(

I made a flat plate with holes in it to bolt back to my goalpost seem's to do the trick.

I know someone on here has a very good way of doing it, i believe it's Tony from Party Shop Disco.

took the cover off it, drilled an m8 hole in the back and passed a bolt though it securing with a nut. Then I can pass the bolt through trussing and secure with another wing nut.

hmm i have no idea how I'm gonna do it

the screw holes on the motor are in a triangle shape have to try make a V bracket

I cut 2 slots in the top plate of mine and it just lines up neatly with the 2 centre fixing bolts on my 4ft giraffe stand.

OK OK get some idea's now

also i car;t take the plate off the motor its like clamped shut no screws

Post a pic.....or If you can get a sketch done...I maybe able to make a plate....

..but would need holes and dimms.

I need the holes of the lighting bar if it's simalar to a goal post and the holes to the motor unit....should be 3...and what pitch / dia they are.

Attached additional plate to motor which has a nut welded onto it , screws straight into the bolt on the clamp.
