Actually, yes. Been looking for an excuse to have a play with my lighting setup for a while. Probably wont get to put it together for a couple of weeks though.

Johnathan in the video is very well known in the mobile dj industry, check out his videos he is totally nuts, but brilliant. :p
Also his partner in crime Briansredd is based in the states and also has plenty of videos.

I've been thinking of doing something like that, I wonder what kind of base he uses to keep them up.

i woulkdnt say it was willy waving its just a comp about how well you set up ya kit and how good it looks not about the amount of equipment or how expensive it is its about how you use it

Are you using a DMX controller to control the dynamos? If so i would advise for the earlier part of the evening have the dynamos set to one static colour rather than chasing to the beat of the music as quite frankly it would do my head in if i was a guest.
